Taught Master's courses
Most of our MPhil "taught" courses within the Life Sciences comprise a combination of specific research skills training, teaching through seminars (often interactive and discussion-based) with a substantive research project. These courses are well suited for students, who would like to further explore an area of interest, or change direction, in preparation for a future professional career or applications to PhD programmes. Courses admit small cohorts of students and encourage peer-to-peer support and learning.
Infection Biology and Molecular Immunology
An opportunity to undertake a period of study and research targeted at providing advanced training in the experimental skills and theoretical concepts that underpin modern infection biology and molecular immunology research.
